I also noticed you added the trailer brake controller...some very nice upgrades for probably almost no cost to you. Your ST probably has more options now than my SLT lol

Yes, the window switches/mirror controls are exactly the same. They should swap straight in, and the grey color matches the grey on the dash just fine. I don't have any wear and tear on mine yet, but it is just over a year old with ~25k miles.

^ well are the arm rests padded or plastic? That's what's wearing on mine at 54k and about 20 months old. I need my truck to be long lasting, so I'm trying to convert wear items, and IMO the ST panels look just as good. Thanks for the help/info, I'm going to have to hit a scrap yard one saturday and maybe find some other things like I'd like an extra set of floor mats, etc...

I got the cluster/steering wheel/glove box/etc from a wrecking yard for $250 for all of it. They luckily had one with nearly identical mileage to mine for the cluster, and they also helped me pull the airbag to swap the steering wheel.

I got the trailer brake module from the dealership. The control and bezel ran about $110. It was plug and play for my 2010, but I have heard that some 09's don't have the same wiring.

I still have to get a little programming done to get the full EVIC functions, and I have found a tech a the dealership who can do it, I just need to make the time to get it in.

The armrests are hard plastic, not padded. They are not uncomfortable though, I never notice my elbow getting tired on them.

^Thanks, that's exactly what I wanted to know. I agree, I don't know why they go to padded, it isn't any more comfortable in my opinion, and doesn't last long at all...

I added the upper glove box to my 2012 Express here are the parts needed to convert it. The bin I used has the USB connector window in it since my truck has Uconnect so I attached the existing USB cable to the back of the storage bin like factory.

Glove Box Switch and Light 4565022 MSRP: $13.20
Glove Box Striker for Upper Bin 68050731AA MSRP: $10.20
Glove Box Cover Slate/Medium GreyStone part # 1NM00BD3-AA
MSRP: 180.00 Price: $124.20
Slat Glove Box Bin Part w/USB # 1SF291DVAC MSRP: $42.35 Price: $29.21

I've got the standard interior color for a Flame Red 2012 Express which is Slate/Medium Graystone.
If you have Uconnect the part number for the bin that I specified has the opening for the USB cable.

Here are some pics.
