Default Is the Death Wobble present in the 2010 Ram 1500s

I was wondering if the infamous death wobble is present in the current generation of the dodge RAM. Does anyone know?

From what I have heard, no. But I don't own one, so I can't speak on experience.

It def is if you alter the suspension as in lifting it.. I looked into the readylift lift kit for the 09 1500 and it clearly states that you have a chance of a death wobble, check the website out.

I have no intention of lifting the truck or altering the suspension. I have seen that this truck has been plagued with that issue for while.

It's basically where the front axle begins shaking violently out of control. It's not pretty.

I'm a mechanic at a Dodge dealership and I have never heard of this happening on anything but a jeep TJ with goodyear tires. Never had any complaints of any year or body style of ram having any sort of wobble.

I've never heard of it on a Truck but it happened to me on a G-wing at 95mph. Luckly I new what to do and am still kicking. Excessive speed and lack of a good fork brace were the culprit in my case. I have had a case of front end wobble because of worn parts but I new I couldn't go over 40 in that old 50 Ford. The 1998,99,& 2000 Durangos/Dakotas had a problem with upper and lower ball joints seperating, which could cause some steering problems I guess.
