Default Front end dragging sound

Had the front brakes done when I bought the truck from the dealer, while going down the road at normal street speeds, sounds like brakes are dragging...pads contact with disc. not enough pressure to slow my ride, but uneasy feeling to listen to. How can I find out if that is the cause of the noise?

Get the truck in the air and spin the wheels. It might be a backing plate contacting the rotor.

Dealer and his mechanic say the brakes need about 100 miles to break in, then noise should stop. Your suggestion seems more on point. thanks
