I have a 02 dodge ram... i do hot shot delivery and im trying to add a little more payload capacity... my question is should i get some lift spring helpers( is so, what kind?) or a timbren suspension kit (havent heard to many reviews on this item)?

another thing to check, up here in British Columbia if you fail to get your GVRW re-certified and something happens your insurance may be void. Don't know how it works down there.

I have always preferred airbags. Like others said, adding any sort of suspension helper does not actually increase the amount that you can legally or safely haul.

I think airbags would help out like marineman said above. The ride will be stiffer though when your not hauling, thats the only negative, unless you dont mind

I third the air bags. I run a firestone setup in my F-350 and it's a great help to give me the extra travel when I've got the truck mounted breathing air unit instead of the trailer.
