Default Service Park Assist Message

Has anyone received this message "Service Park Assist" and took it to the dealer to get resolved? If so, what was the fix? Thank you.

I had some kind of park assist message but it was just a dirty sensor. I wiped them and the warning went away.

i took my 2009 Ram SLT back to the dealer twice for service park assist
the first time they said it wasn't logged in the trucks puter
2nd time they checked, they told me that they replaced 2 sensors in the bumper & said that there was a loose connection

Mine has happened a few times. I get mine after traveling for a while on snowy roads, 40+mph. Your truck will kick up the snow and it will stick to your back bumper covering your sensors. Remove the snow and ice completely then turn your truck on. The message should go away.

The sensors were covered with snow and I cleaned them off, but the message did not immediately go away. Only after driving it about a mile did the error reset. I am just glad that it looks like the problem has gone away and I don't have to take it to the dealer to get serviced. I will wait until the warranty is almost up before I let them take a look at the onop key fob issue, noisy/ticking blower motor, and occasional weird interior noise somewhere near the driver's seat/door that I can't seem to isolate.

I got the message today and the light/beeper mounted above the middle back cab window makes a sound like a Geigor Counter.

Could be unrelated but we did get a bunch of rain the past 2 days.

You may have some water that got in from your 3rd brake light. I would get it looked at asap.

well it went away because it either dried out or because I reseated all the bumper sensor plugs.

I hate chasing electrical problems...especially when they are intermittent.
