Wa this a true bolt in install? I have been thinking of getting one for my hemi. I am not afraid of welding anything but I think it is a bolt in deal but just want to make sure.

It is a true bolt on. Just undo the bolts on the old muffler, disconnect the exhaust pipe, then take out the old muffler. Put the new one up with the provided hanger, reinstall the exhaust pipe and line it up. Then tighten the 2 bolts. Took me about 20 min.

I think it is worth all of the 240 considering it says it is all stainless. You wont find that at most muffler shops. It will be aluminized steel and rust through in about 3 years. I know this because I did it 3 times on 2 other trucks. My average was 3 years.

Thanks for the heads up. I should get it and install it before my muffler becomes permanently attached via rusted bolts

I agree, it was totally worth the money, if you go through BSM exhaust they have it for 249.50 with free shipping. I also like the fact that it is 409 stainless steel.

I'm sure the newness of the truck helped out with the 20 min install. The bolts came off with no effort, the hardest part was getting the old muffler off of the hanger, this is probably because I did the install with the truck on the ground. If you have access to a lift or even ramps, it will probably be a lot easier.
