Default Washing truck help

I've never had a pickup or even a truck this large (tall) before, what are you using to wash it with? I don't think a hand mitt or sponge will work in the bed unless I crawl in to get it. LOL

I just use a pressure washer in the winter. If its really dirt I'd blast as much off first then VERY gently use the brush at a good car wash ( spray off the bristles first). My truck is black so you will notice scratches and dirt pretty easily. Wouldnt worry too much about the inside of the box. Summer time you can hand wash it for best results.

Buy a spray in box liner and you won't have to worry about how clean the inside box is.

Better yet, just spray the entire truck with box liner and you'll never have to worry about scratches

There's a stick with either a soft brush or a microfiber head that's meant for car washing. That's what I use to wash the roof, rear window, windshield, and tonnoue cover.

Thanks,
I'll have to figure out where to buy one.
I just got back from the car wash and spent $5 for next to nothing.

if you have a bed liner i use a broom to clean the bed, the only problem with a pressure washer is that you can take the paint off the truck (ask me how i know)

My black truck:
3 seasons:
1) Small folding step ladder.
2) Use a soft mitt and meguirs car wash.
3) Park on incline & hose out bed.
4) Detergent and soft mitt only on chrome clad wheels.
winter:
1) same when not too cold.
2) Detail place for hand wash if below freezing and heavy dirt.
No easy way!
