Default 2004 Durango Keyless Entry Doesn't Work

The keyless entry doesn't work on my 2004 Durango. I've put a new battery in the key. The battery holder appears to still be soldered. I assume the fuse is the problem. Which fuse is the one for the keyless entry?

Here is a reply I got from another forum:
Quote:
It is not listed in the owners manual. However, the keyless remote entry function is controlled by the SKREEM (Sentry Key Remote Entry) Module which is located in the plastic shroud that surrounds the top of the steering column. If the SKREEM Module recognizes your key and allows it to be started it can be assumed that the module is getting power.
If that is the case, where do I go now?

I have two keys. I have tried both. I'm going to get a new battery because I'm thinking that maybe this one has been sitting around too long.

If you have a volt meter handy, just pop them out and check them first. If they are good and the RKE functions still don't work, you need to have them checked with an RF meter to see if they're transmitting.

Thanks. I didn't even think about doing that.

I checked the battery with my multimeter. It showed roughly 3.25 volts, so it's good. What should I check next?

EDIT: Google is your friend. I don't have an RF meter.
