Default 2003 ram tires & check engine light, air bag light on

2003 Ram 6 cyl 2 wheel drive, 4 door, put a 3 inch front wheel level kit and biggest Kuhmo tires i could fit on stock 17 inch wheels, truck vibrates bad on level surface when slowing down or when i apply brakes, less than 10k on new brakes, between 15mph and 30mph vibration is heavy, if road is not leveled, there is no vibration at all, no vibration at high speed either, l have less than 6k on new tires, i dont feel vibration on wheel or on brake pedal check engine light on, what is code C ? also dealer advised to replace seat belt driver side to get rid of air bag light, replaced belt but light still on thank you

What exactly is the size of the tires you put on? That would be a big help. If the tires are ginormous monster truck worthy beasts, it is possible to overwork the brakes. Also, key dance for the code, and let us know that. Between those two things, I think all the vehicle-savvy people on here should be able to collectively figure it out for you! Let us know what you find.

For the air bag light, sometimes the clock spring behind ur steering wheel can brake. If its broken, that air bag light can come on. For the vibration of the truck, ur rotors might be warped either because of the new tires or because they were heated up and u ran through water. Because of the bigger tires you can expect these type of issues to arise. But those things u can check without having to spend lots of money at what the worthless dealership will advise u to do.

how are your u-joints? when they go bad, vibrations will occur during different speeds and driving conditions.
