hello everyone
im new to this site but here we go ! i have a 2005 3500 quad cab diesel 4x4 when the a/c is onit blows ice cold on drivers side & hot on passenger side not a big problem now but summer is coming ! has any one heard of this or know where to start to fix this promblem thanks

Sounds like you have a mode door problem in the HVAC box. Fixing it will require pulling the dash.

Welcome to the forum. As Remerson said, the HVAC mode door sounds like the culprit. If you don't have one, you can get a .pdf copy of the factory service manual, which shows you how to get to the part and replace it.

Welcome to the Z! I'm with Randy, sounds like a blend door issue, I've got a lower door issue with my '07 and it IS a known issue. Tell us more about you and your truck, any mods on it or plans to mod it in the future? Any plans for the cummins? its a 2005 3500 quad shortbed 4x4 cummins i put a mbrp 5 inch exhaust from the turbo back 6 inch tip leveling kit weld wheels 285 70 17 dynapro mts edge box with juice k&n filter runs good just wont cool passenger side lol
