Default Strut shock and tire advice please...

I have a 06 1500 crew with the stock 20"s on it still. I need to replace the front struts and figured I should upgrade them and the rear shocks while I'm down there. Anyone have advice on what a good aftermarket strut/shock combo would be? Looking to get something that I can put to the test because I don't always treat her kindly like I should lol.

I will also need new tires soon and don't really have the money to get new all of the above and new tires and rims... so I need suggestions for a tire similar to the BF Goodwrench All Terrains (love those tires) that will fit on the 20s ... (unless i missed something they don't make them for 20" rims) Wouldn't mind an inch or two increase on tire size over the stock tires either....

Note: I just made the switch to doge after my old Bronco caught on fire in my driveway... so I'm not totally up to speed on Doge's yet or their quirks so any advice at all would be helpful!
