Default Tired of this truck. Grinding/clicking at low speeds and braking!!!!!

First off let me apologize to all hat have replied to my previous post tring to figure out all my trucks problems. I am a car tuner by heart and just happen to buy a trck as a DD and parts getter. I fell in love with it way to fast which resulted in transofmation to what it looks like now. I have spent more money tring to figure out the problems and fixing them. I just hit 107k on my 98 dodge ram sport 4x4. The wheel bearings and brakes were shot when i bought it so the truck made some weird noises in the ftont end already. I replaced the front pads and rotors, sway bar end links, steering stabilizer bar and struts. I cannot tell if the noise was evident then because it waz zero degrees out and windows were up and heat was on. That was the same day i put 33" mud tires on so any noises i would have just written off as the tires being loud.

Now its summer and the windows are down. The noise is VERY evident. people walking have even pointed it out to me (embarassing). Its coming from the frotn end and seems to be more in the passenger side. Its mostly when slow speeds and braking. high speeds it does seem to go away but the truck also shakes a bit but that might be a motor problem since it seems to be sputtering. i must also add that when everything was instlled my friend put a jack under the control arm and bent it a bit. Not sure if that would cause any kind of noise but figured id share that. PLEASE HELP. Even local garage is clueless

Have you checked the drive shaft universal? Mine sounded and behaved the same. Could not tell until I looked directly in bearings to see that rollers were missing.
