I've seen gutter cover put to good use in the scoop if you can't find a grille insert for it.

Use a Dermal tool to cut all the dimonds out and then sand it and paint it.

The spear came off faster then the letter did I tell ya that!!!!!! All I did was soak the spears and letter right before I was taking them off with googone. The spears only have little strips of double side tape on the top edge and bottem, Just soak it from the top wait about 1 min and use the fishing line. What I did was take about 16" of line and tied it to a stick on top and bottom of it kind of like making a bow. Also use a blow dryer which helped just heat it up a little and it comes off. Believe me using both of these saves the fingers on getting the tape off lol. I say it took about 30 min each side for the spears and I had 2 spears on each side cause i have a QC. The letters take a litte bit longer but it is all worth the look whan itis all done.

About the muffler rattling.. the baffles inside the tips were coming loose. So I contacted Borla(they have a million mile warranty on there exhaust) They sent me everything from the muffler back. All factory bent to bolt right up to the existing exhaust. I was extremely impressed. But what i did do after i recieved the new exhaust i took out the baffles on the old exhaust. Its very easy to do.Anyways, I cant blieve the sound difference.WOW! So I do have a new exhaust when I need it.As far as the rattling, there is a hangar up in there that is the culprit. Locate which one it is and do some tightning or adjusting and the rattle should disappear. Hope this was some help.

This may be old, but you can remove the door spears with a little heat or use fishing line. You can remove the tape residue with goo gone or go to your auto parts store and get an eraser wheel for your drill and it will remove it without harming your paint. I have a simular problem with my pass. side but I am having new door spears put on and painted.

You can switch out the hood scoop insert with the SRT one and that will allow air into the engine bay but you will need to put on an aftermarket cold air intake system to make it fully fnctional.

I also had the baffles break in my Borla muffler and had it changed out with a Magnaflow muffler. It sounds exactly the same and I do not have that rattle anymore.

Talking Scoop grille

1stly....NICE TRUCK! I had to look in the parking lot to make sure mine was still there..Ha! Your door bumpers look exactly like mine, too.
The trick is to use acetone and a syringe. The adhesive is plain 'ol 3M bonding tape. if you put a light amount of acetone on the top of the tape, it will slowly soften the foam, and make it super easy to tear off. Work slow and allow a little time for evaporation (so it won't soften the clear coat). Use acetone or Goof-Off to get rid of any left over adhesives. Take your time and you can skip the whole "Buffing step".
Also, if you haven't figured it out yet, here's the Mopar part # for the "OPEN" hood scoop insert ... 5029484AB ... Hope some of this helps!
And check out this site for some other cool Mopar parts. http://www.jimsautoparts.com/mopar_p...&_exterior.htm You'll find the scoop insert there too.
