Sounds like a worn out bushing. What kind of lube are you using? Try some spray on white lithium grease. That lasts the longest.

Check the alignment and weather stripping on the door. Make sure the door fully closes and latches. Check the weatherstripping for any folded over or loose sections.

the first time round I just used wd40 just to make sure I found the right spot... then I used some kind of spray on grease my old man uses...

It lasted a little while but i think front going through back roads n mud n then washing the truck i just took out all the grease... I though it was a worn out bushing as well... but my old man checked it out and it didnt look like it was worn out... Ill have to find some time and take it apart... just kinda tuff to do since its my only mode of transportation at the moment...

I checked all the door alignment and the striping and all... its just the top top part of the door that doesnt seem to close even with the truck... as if the top part was bent or something... I went to a mech and asked what i could do... he said most places would just bend the door so its back tight.... did something in those lines it worked for about a week then went right back to the way it was...

Sounds like either your door hinge is mis-aligned or the door is sprung.
