Default Coast to coast road trip, here I come.

Well, the time's finally come for me to put the ram to the test.. I bought it for this reason, anyway, now just to see if it'll make it! I'm driving from Monterey CA near San Fran all the way to Augusta GA with a 2 week stop in Texas.. anyone know if there's anything worth seeing along the way? I feel like there's gonna be a LOT of boredom on this solo trek across the country..

Wow, good for you. I drove (not me personally) down to Florida, and I thought it was brutal. But, it was before my Ram so that had a lot to do with it . You should have fun, take plenty of pics and keep us posted! Be safe!!

If you are an outdoorsy kind of person I would recommend hitting the national parks if you haven't seen any of them. Yosemite, Grand Canyon, Bryce, Zion. If you stop in Albuquerque try out New Mexican food, it is delish! Not like the Mexican food we are used to in California. Old Town Albuquerque is where the good New Mexican food is, I think it was Julia's we ate at.

I am not fond of Texas so I don't know what is exciting there and I haven't been through the southern states much to be any help!
