Default Air Intake

I'm looking to begin modifying my 2007 ram1500 5.7 hemi. I thought i would start with the intake: i have had friends recommend K&N and other AirAid. I wanted to know which of these would be my best choice coming from other dodge owners. And i don't have a crap load of disposal cash so nothing over the top please.

I would also check out the AEM Brute Force Cool Air Intake. I have one, I like it a lot.

check ebay as well..they have some nice clones that perform well..don't look at the ones that retain the hemi hat...

Most any CAI will give you similar gains, just look for ones that have a full heat shield and replace the stock air box. K&N, AFE, AirAid are all good intakes, Volant and BFI are the better ones IMHO
