Default Leaf nd Coil spring spacers

I have a friend that told me to go to the local autozone to get some spacers for my leaf springs and coil springs. he told me they were pretty cheap and easy to install. I wanted to kno if these would be good to put on my 2004 dodge ram and lift it so i can put some 30 to 33 inch tires under it.

This may sound like a stupid question, but is this a double-post?
