Thanks for all the info guys, I did what you said and had him throw the truck back on the lift to check the 4x4 and it seemed to be fine. We have weird tar/pavement here in NH its really tacky because it needs to flex during the winter time, so I guess my tires which are brand new AT beefy tires are just digging right into the roads, I took it out into a dirt patch and it barely did the lock up crap it was on pavement. As for the ass hole with the toyota, all hes gotta pay is my $250 deductible.........clown

I would go after him for the increase in your car insurance premiums if they go up.

Realistically, all you have to do is throw it up on a lift or jackstands and see if 4x4 works. And I certainly hope you get money from that jackass who hit you. How in the flying blue f**k do so many people lose control of their cars in a damn parking lot?
Well he was driving a toyota, probably had one of them sticking accelerator pedals or faulty brakes

You can wait and see or call your agent. Personally I would wait and see if the premiums go up.

Sorry nto hear about your rig If your insurance is covering the cost then take it to a qualified service center or dealer ship. As some of the others had said your truck should still move and turn but it will jump around like a bucking bronco as the tires will not slip and you put the drive lonr into a binding situation. i would not recommend doing this to often as it could cost more in repairs when not if something breaks. Also if the steering is out of wack then you could also have some severe steering or suspension damage. Like i said have it checked out by a qualifide shop. hope this helps good luck
