Default Name This Noise

Hey guys and gals, I am hoping someone can help me out. I have an '03 Ram QC 4x4, while driving with the windows down this last week I heard a noise I need help with. I would describe it as sounding like putting a baseball card in the spokes of a bike, if anyone knows what I'm talking about lol. It does it while in motion, the sound doesn't change or go away when I brake, and it doesn't seem like the sound changes base on speed either. It's definitely coming from underneath the truck, but I can't be any more specific than that. Any ideas as to what it could be? Thanks!!

go to a shop and put it on a lift with some one in the cab and run it then see and hear where it is coming from.

Do you have a cold air intake? Generally this is the Hemi tick you're hearing and it becomes audible once all of the restrictive resonators and Hemi hat are removed to make way for the intake. Both of my Hemis have done this and so have many many others. Nothing to worry about...if its the Hemi tick you're talking about.

Hey guys, it is not the Hemi tick, I am familiar with that noise. To me, it sounds like it is either coming from underneath the truck or in the drivetrain.

txhemi, I don not have cai.

Remerson, it doesn't seem to change with acceleration or deceleration. It does only do it when I am moving, but doesn't change no matter what how fast or slow I'm going or if I'm accelerating or braking.
