Default Pics of running boards/tub steps on Sport?

Anyone have any pics of a sport with running boards/tubular side steps on it? I have a white quad cab, and would like to get a set of steps but not sure how it will look. Dont' want to ruin the "clean sporty" look of my ram. Thanks.

My truck is an SLT and I wanted to get running boards that blend in to the truck (too much chrome causes you to look at the step bars and takes away attention from the truck) So I got black step bars that blend perfectly for 175 on EBAY.

I will take pictures tomorrow and show you what I am referring to.

if you look at my avatar you will see my truck is a sport and i have side steps in chrome but my truck is orange and is a year older but it should let you know what your looking at. the problem i have seen with painted steps is after a couple years they start to chip and rust.

I am thinking about getting the step bars also. I love the sleek look of the sport so I might just get the power step that come out when doors open and hide when they close. Expensive but you can't take my money with you in the after life..

I agree with Canadianinfernored...it you have a dark colored truck, go with a black powdercoated set of step bars. That way the chrome won't break up the body lines but you still have steps.

I'm lookin' at these:

I agree with Maddog. I have a dark colored truck and I think the black will make it pop. I also weigh the other cosmetic mods that I am looking to do to the truck. For example...will you also do a brush guard in chrome or black? What is the end look you are seeking? Great ideas here!

I don't know if this is what you were looking for...

I've got the OEM side steps...

Thanks for the pics, only thing is both those sports have the chrome grill....mine has no chrome on it except for the badging and rims. I would love the power step, but will have to see how the $ situation is. Really want to keep the sleek sport look, just not sure if the chrome would take away from that.
