Default Replacing Fender

I recently got into a little "Fender Bender" no pun intended...

I've got my fender and I'm ready to go the only part i'm wondering is my antenna is their a harness or something under the hood that controls it?

From what I see it looks like I'm going to have to remove the fender before I can get to any of the antennas wiring.

or does the antenna just screw off somehow?

Anyone replaced a fender on their dodge before? Looking for a little enlightenment.

Thanks, Tyler

on older vehicles, you used to pull a a panel off of the passenger side about where your right ankle would be, if your foot was against the kicker panel, some times it was just sheet metal, sometimes it was a vent

I'm not sure your gonna have any luck . I remember a body man friend of mine telling me that the fenders are welded to the inner fender well . Let us know how you make out .

Do all year dodge rams have the outer fender welded to the inner fender?

I'm not sure . My bodyman (friend) made sure he told me this to rub it in knowing I'm a Ram guy and him being a Chevy guy .

Ok... My fender replacement was a success...

If anyone needs help in this area I'll be more than willing to provide my experience.

Were the outer and inner fenders welded together?

On my 2008 the only thing holding the inner and outer fenders together were bolts.
