Default wind noise coming from drivers door

Hey fellas, my 07 qc ram has alot of wind noise coming through the driver side door panel. It always seems like the window is cracked open a little or that the door isnt shut all the way. Anybody else experience this? any remedys?

Thanks from a newbie!

Welcome to this ForumZ
I read a post about this recently, someone mentioned taking some tape & put it over the seam of the door & drive the truck around at the speed that you normally hear or feel it , then remove some of the tape & drive it again, do this until you hear or feel the air again, then you know the general area that the air is coming in.
it may be that the rubber seal is flattened or distorted, it could be that the door is not closing all the way & it would need proper adjusting, or if its coming from the upper part of the door, in the window area, it may have to be bent a bit.
some one else may have a better idea on the subject

Good Luck with it

my 06 quad cab ram did the same thing and what i did was adjust the latch that the door hooks to on the body and the wind noise went away. you might need a star key to adjust the two bolts though.

Yeah, that's what the dealer did to mine. Noise is gone.

Normally, if the seal is in good shape (no holes, tears or folded over areas) you just need to re-align the door as noted above. Been there, done that on a lot of vehicles.

I have it too, and if this is the remedy... why didn't I ask earlier!

I had the same issue, asked the dealer to check it out while they were fixing my back sliding glass. They adjusted the door and it's fixed now.
