There are some members with custom tunes on here, but I'm pretty sure they had a certified Diaplosport tech create the tune for them. You may want to get with DS and get more info, they will need to know some specifics to get you a proper and safe tune.

...agreed..I had my truck custom tuned...you can do it through email to almost any cmr tuner. you use the diablo to datalog and send it to them and they will send back a tune to upload in truck. the stuff you can play with is the wot settings...need a wideband to see how your truck runs in open loop.. I understand adding or pullin fuel, but not spark adjustments..

Set your WOT shift points a couple of hundred RPM below the redline so you don't hit the rev limiter all the time.

Don't adjust WOT spark and fuel parameters until you know what the engine is doing at WOT. You'll get that info on the dyno.

Shoot for a 12.5 to 12.8 air fuel ratio at WOT. That seems to be the sweet spot for fuel to the HEMI. Of course, all engines are a bit different so your WOT air fuel ratio may be a bit different.

Remember, when measuring air fuel ratios, the lower the number the richer the mix, the higher the number the leaner your fuel mix is. I suspect that the truck, with the stock program, is probably around the high 13, low 14 measurement.

Too lean and you'll be knocking and the PCM will pull timing and fuel to eliminate knock and that will reduce HP output.

Is your local shop a DiabloSport authorized CMR tuner? If so, yer set as they know how to tune using the DS software.

If you get a CMR tune, don't forget to back it up on a thumbdrive and put it on your HD. Also, it's a good idea to extract your stock tune and save it as well just in case!

do you have the flow 40 yet, if not, do a different muffler if your looking for performance..flows are a good sound at idle and part throttle, but for performance it doesn't compare to magnaflows or gibsons or dynomax's
