Default vent selector switch screwed up

The rotory knob that selects where you want the air to go is ineffective, the air blows from every duct regardless of selection. I have an 2004, and unsure if this is a vacuum controlled switch and have something going on there, or this is an electrical ( replace the box) type problem.
Please help!

Sounds like the infamous "blend door". When it malfunctions, you can't change the airflow. Fairly common (and expensive) failure.

Welcome to the Z! Sadly, sounds there is a blend door failure most likely, it's annoying to change as you have to dismantle the whole dash to get to the problem. Chrysler has a repair kit specifically for this problem.
