i dont know the specs on both, nor does it matter much. but they are ported by to verry diffrent people. just because the valves are the same means absolutely nothing. you need to know what the flow of the head looks like. and one set of heads on one truck with a stock cam will be greatly diffrent from heads on a truck that has a properly designed cam. its hard to compare heads you really need to run them on the same truck for 10-15 passes on the track average the times, then install the other set of heads and do the same thing. (with the only changes being things out of your control) you need to take an average because if you install one set of heads make a pass with a DA of 1200ft and then install the others and make a pass at 4500ft DA it will appear that the first ones were better. you will have to do a bunch of testing to see the real world diffrences.

you really need to sit down and see what parts work the best together, because that is where the most power will be made. anyone can pull out a credit card order "the best" cam, head, converter, programmer, ect. but if you get a high RPM cam, a low stall converter, and a more tq designed head. yes they are "the best" in the combo they were used in. but not nessacarly in a diffrent configuration they might be junk.

now you can install the same cam i am running and they can perform diffrently. all you gotta do is install it at a diffrent intake center line (or ICL) and the performance of the cam will change. like mine is installed at 105 degrees. if you install yours at say 116 degrees your cam will make more power at higher RPM than mine and would be slower off the line. where my cam makes its power lower in the powerband and is more usable as i make peak power arround 5600 RPM. where a 116 ICL will make peak power at say 6500RPM. so there is a bunch of stuff to consider.

Mike, the injectors go in the nozzle that goes in just before the throttle body. If you have a quad cab, the bottles fit under the rear seat. Mike, I forgot to ask, where are you located? I run at Winterport Dragway. winterportdragway.com It's a NHRA sanctioned eighth mile track. I ran a 9.1/78.9 mph Sunday in my 6,000 lb 4x4QC running low bottle pressure on a 100 shot. The track prep there is excellent, there were cars running 4sec/150+mph all day.

I used nitrous for years and it is safe if used in small amounts. I install nitrous on alot of 5.0 guys and only set them up with 100 horse. I keep all the other jets.
By itself it doesn't hurt anything but it allows increased RPM and that is what kills engines, the added RPM.
Keep the revs down, keep the level no more then 100 horse and you can use stock timing, stock plugs and enjoy.
Remember nitrous doens't kill the engine, the added rpm does.
