Nice job, looks perfect with the beadlocks and the fender flares. Word of advice, I had the same door, likely from the same dealer on Ebay but in polished. Keep the hinge well lubricated or it gets cruddy and you won't be able to pop it open one day. I used graphite because it's not messy like white lithium grease.

That truck is rediculous, love it.

Firstly, it's actually a HE... remaned him Charon... after the boatman on the river Acheron/Styx. The nose badge gave me the idea, and I've taken and run with it. As for my mods, when I finally get off this job site, it'll be getting the 2/4 drop, install the fan shroud delete kit I have, efan, bunch of interior BT pieces, door handles, window tint, caliper covers, LED fog Halos, painting the intake tube, and a hidden hitch with drop a license plate. Don't talk about it much cuz I can't do anything while im out of town working, on the truck or the gf's caliber.

So I presume the fit and finish are good? I was looking at the exact same door for mine.

As I am a perfectionist, I don't feel it is %100 fit. I am one of those that picks apart body lines though. Randy, you have the know-how to fix any manufacturer imperfections you might not be happy with. I will wait till Scott comes home before Gatty and ask him to look it over just to make sure it's done right. Out of 100 on all points considered, I give it a 92. Pretty well satisfied.
I hope this helped.
Thanks to all for the compliments. I truly appreciate you all.

One other side note....not trying to be picky, just honest....
Instructions not for a rookie. I got the door on and then realized, after I shut the fuel door, that there in the garage sat the spring loaded hinge uninstalled. Directions didn't say that and I didn't realize I forgot to attatch it first.
Next, again a rookie speaking here, the washers and nuts are very small and have to fit on a bolt that isn't very long and in a VERY TIGHT AND CONFINED area. I had to ask my 12 yr old if she could thread it for me as my hands wouldn't fit. This was after I managed to get it on the first time by myself and THEN realized the spring load wasn't on and I had to take it off and do it all over again. I found it helpfull to have a set of tweezers handy for small grabs. And obviously, the second install was much faster.
Just honesty.
