As far as the Superchips, you have the option of tuning your vehicle back to stock, so you should be in good shape there. I'm not sure about the headers, but the intake shouldn't void your warranty unless it's proven to cause a failure somewhere.

I would think headers would void the warrenty. A cat-back exhaust might even void a warranty. Im not sure about that one tho.

I know after market warranties(i personally think they are a rip off) are very piticular about the car being in stock form. There is a whole list of things you can NOT do. Maybe check out some of those sites and see if they have a list. It should give you a general idea. If not call a dodge dealer(not your local one; just so they dont get wind of you and start looking more carefully)

Other then that intakes do not void your warranty. Were talking about K&N intakes tho. Not some ebay cheapo one. Those are not approved by the dealer.

CAI, cat-back, rims & tires won't void the warranty, unless it is a direct cause of a failure, which is very rare. shorty headers normally dont either, but long tubes will make a difference, as will a programmer (if they find it on there and your dealership isn't aftermarket friendly)

All it takes is one phone call to Chrysler saying that it even has a CAI on it to void the warranty but I've only seen something like that happen once.

The programmers advance timing/fuel ratios and a number of other specs based on what octane tune you install. They make the truck more agressive rather than the stock conservative tune. You can also get a tune thats made for MPGs and you can normally get a couple MPGs after install. I run a diablosport predator and love it, the superchips are good too. I know BullyDog is good for diesels, but I don't know about their gas one.
