I wont be able to swing it for a few weeks. If you still have them, I will keep you in mind for sure.

Hey all! New Ram owner here! Figured I should say hi!

Also, LC, how has the plastidip been on the chrome cladding? I picked up two cans the other day and plan on plastidipping them black and blue. Just curious if it'll be worth my time.

Agreed......Plasti-dip is fantastic stuff. I've dipped the chrome trim rings on the grilles of previous vehicles and despite the abuse the front end of vehicles take here in AB, they lasted VERY well indeed.

Reminds me I need to stop by Auto Value or something and grab a can or three for myself. Would love to rid myself of the few chrome pieces this weekend while the temps are still reasonable.

New member in Barrhead. First RAM, a 2013 1500 Big Horn. Stock for now but may do some appearance mods. Don't like limited tire selection for the stock 20's so a 17" swap will most likely come in spring.

Default Great start to a street racer toy

If anybody is looking to build a street racer toy.
Airdrie Chyrsler has a good base truck to start with.
It's the plainest little shortbox regular cab 2 wheel drive truck i've seen.
No power windows nothing,it's got air and cruise and the Hemi that's it.
Rubber floor mats/plain vinyl seat,no colour matched bumpers, steel wheels, plain and ugly but holy crap it's cheap, lol
Window sticker is what caught my eye,$28,000,and i'd think there's probably some room to deal on that price, probably not much room though.

Walked across the lot and looked at a loaded shortbox regular cab 4X4 Sport with all the options, window sticker on it is $47,000.
