No leveling is required after the install. It's not difficult, but be careful when removing the grill. After the 4 bolts on top of the grill there are plastic spring clips at the bottom that need to be released and then 2 friction pins to pull the grill out towards the front of the truck. If you just tug on the grill then these may break
Dont forget the single metallic screw inside the headlight access panel or you'll be fumbling around for awhile.
Pull up on the plastic radiator cover (all friction pins so pull straight up)
4 screws on top of radiator/ engine bay to release grill - plus 4 spring clips and 2 friction pins on bottom (pull directly towards front)
2 screws in front of headlight assembly
1 screw and the headlight release lever on inside of wheel wheel (push directly up on lever to release ball bearing lock)
I mounted the ballasts on outside of frame inside the headlight assembly cavity
