Default Diesel fill line problem

Every time the truck needs to be filled I have to baby sit the nozzle. It is constantly clicking off. Can get about $10-12.00 before it clicks. It seems the new cap less system is not friendly.

Any body else have this issue?

Unless the nozzle goes all the way past the second valve in the filler, you will click the pump off. Push the handle as far in as you can.

Yes I have done that and it is still a problem. It sounds like there is an obstruction or the fuel line is bent as the gurgling sound comes just before it shuts the pump off. I've even tried to reduce the flow to the lowest setting on the nozzle but it still chokes.
I'd go to the dealer but they won't do anything.
