As for the injectors.... could I get away with Ford Racing Performance Products 80lb High Impredence Injectors? So they have some kind of fuel map to follow...

I was looking at one of aeromotives universal systems with a A1000 Pump and their billet fuel rails.

I have read the K1 makes some of the best componenets for the hemi motor... is this true?

Also what kind of PSI can these blocks handle? I have done some research and heard that the hemi block is a thinner block.

Thanks!

My area has been Mustangs and this is my first Hemi so I can't answer those questions with 100% certainty. I guess if the Ford 80lb injectors will hook up to your harness I don't see why they wouldn't work. You're getting a custom tune anyway and the tuner will input injector size into the computer prior to your first run.

With all the mods you are planning I'd be surprised if you had to run more than 14-15 psi. I've seen DOHC 4.6 stangs make about 1000rwhp at 20 psi and you've got almost a full liter advantage.

Cool... has anyone heard of blowing out the side of the block with too much boost on these engines? Im not talking about throwing a rod, but rather just from the pressure of the FI.

Thanks for all of the kind words y'all!
all these mod plans and your gonna do brake pads first! hehe, j.k. bro.. I've done alot of modding (mostly bolt-ons) but haven't even looked at the brakes yet (usually just get what's off the shelf)... but while we're talking about it, what bake pads are you lookin at? lookin for ones with minimal dust?
