Default led fog light mounting

Bought these thinking they would fit well, however...im having a hard time mounting them. has anyone else done this? if so please post pics. i was just gonna put the bolt through the gap in the OEM fog light housing but the mount is a bit too tall and the light is then too far down in the hole.

the reason you aren't getting very many replies to your question, is the same reason you are having a hard time mounting your lights in the factory location... You are trying to (literally) fit a square peg into a round hole. you have three options, First option is mount the lights some where else (other than stock location), Second is to cut rectangular holes in your bumper, and third option is get some round lights.
