Default Hemi Fuel Range ?

I realize we'll have many variables with all the trim levels,4x4,etc. Trying to get an idea what type of range fellow hemi owners are getting with the 32 gallon tank. Please list how far you've gone whether it be city or highway.

I've got the smaller 26 gallon tank, so my number will be a bit different. I've been getting about 300 miles on 3/4 tank, or a lil over 200 miles on a half a tank. that's been averaging out to about the mid to high 14s MPG with a single 15.2 MPG (I don't believe my EVIC I figure out MPG manually)

I've got the crew cab sport, with the HEMI. engine and drive train are bone stock (so far)

I'm curious as to how the EVIC and your calculations match up. Are they close?

I'm just over halfway (currently in CO) thru my Florida to California drive and I've been hitting the upper 400s (460-490) per tank of fuel. I have the 26 gallon tank and have been driving the speed limit which has been either 65 or 70 depending on the hwy. I think my EVIC has been within 1 mpg of what I'm actually getting. On the other hand I haven't ever reset it since buying the truck 5000 miles ago. When I reach San Diego I'll post more acurate data as I've been writing down the mileage vs gallons used at every gas stop.

My best tank so far (I think I had a tailwind) was a fill up with 497 miles driven which required 23.5 gallons.

I average between 800 - 900 km per tank. Granted I don not go faster than 100km on the highway. This is pretty good considering I have a crew cab 4x4.

I have a 2010 4x4 Hemi with the 32 gallon tank. I just finished a 1,000 mile trip. I noticed that when the fuel guage reads empty she takes 28 gallons to refill so there is obviously a 4 gallon reserve.

I averaged 19.2 mpg not running my AC, 17.8 mpg running the AC. I average 65-73 mph hauling aprox 1,100 pounds total payload passengers and cargo.

19.2 mpg x 28 gallons = 537 miles
17.8 mpg x 28 gallons = 498 miles

on longer highway trips I have seen the the dashboard read out over 500 miles until empty, but, that read out jumps around so much that i just watch the gas gauge, when i get down to 1/4 tank i head for the next off ramp with a gas station, I have only seen the warning indicator come on once. Sometimes gas stations out in the desert are 60 or more miles apart
I have the larger tank too, & an auxiliary 30 gallon tank in the trucks bed

another reason that no one can go by my mileage is that the weight of my Ram is always over 6,100 pounds
