Default rough country 3" lift???

hello. i have a '99 ram ext. cab that i'm looking to lift 3-4 inches. right now i'm currently running 285/75R16's. i'm looking to do a little off-roading, but mostly for a daily driver and for hunting/fishing. i'm interested in the rough country 3" suspension lift and was wondering if anyone had dealt with this brand before?

I have heard other members that have bought their products but not any comments. I do not see anything wrong with them they are a popular company. I say to go with it since it is a good company

I have heard there good for the price....im not sure what this 3" kit entails...but i have heard when you swap out leaf springs that they tend to sag after about 6 months!

But going with the 3" lift i think you should be good, best bang for your buck!

Rough Country used to have a sketchy past but I must admit I like how they've reinvented themselves. Their kit for new body style rams (02 and up) is impressive and honestly the best value for a 4wd. I personally believe the skyjacker kit is the nicest for the new rams but the rough country is hard to beat for what you get for the money. That leaves plenty of room for spending money on a nice set of wheels and tires which in my opinion are what make or break any vehicle.

Rough Country makes a good kit at a very reasonable price. I see a lot of trucks running them here and know a shop that sells the kits and does installs. They told me they don't have a lot of folks coming back with problems when they install that mfgr's kit.
