Default valve carbin build up

So I have a 06 QC 1500 with the 4.7 I have been having codes p0301 comming up all the time so this is what has been done so far. The plugs have been changed, the coil and plug have been swaped to differant cylinders to see if it was the coil or the plug and the fuel cleaner has been done for carbin build up in the motor. oh i should tell you that the motor was all ready repaced at 26,000 miles and the truck now has 54,000 miles on it so the new motor only has like 24,000 miles on it. now i am being told that it could be carbin build up on the cylinder #1 valve which is the source of the problem. My question is could that be the case and has anyone here had this problem? Could it be something ealse? I am at a loss on this one nothing that has been done to this point has worked so once again I reachout to you all for help. Any sugestions would be great
Thanks in advance, Mike
