Slam it! I like lowered trucks, and I like lifted trucks, all depends on what you use it for. Off road use must be lifted, on-road should be lowered.

Depends, if it's a 4X4 I'd lift it, but not so much it becomes a pain in the arse to get into or the COG becomes real bad.
If it's a sport truck like an SRT/10 or Rumble Bee, lower it, but again, not too much so daily driving becomes a hassle.

I like LIFT -- but with bad knees, maybe compressors are in order to lower for entry, then lift to drive! Anybody tried moding on an escalator? LOL
