I agree with Krafcheck, I just had the 2.5 HBS kit installed on my 08 Big Horn and the diff is huge....the stock 33s look lost in the front wheel wells also the truck is true level with no diff between front and rear ! great level system for the $$ no diff in ride and all is well !!! death wobble is a mystery but think if you have it now dont do anything and take truck back to dealer, if you dont have it go for it, for me time for new shoes for my ride !................

I have a question for the pros........I have just had the 2.5 level kit instaled on my 08 and am planing on running 35-12.50-20 Dick Cepick FC IIs I know I will probably need 1/4 spacer.....my question is do I need to have the spacers on before the alighnment or can this be done after ???? I am thinking since the tread is not as aggresive as the MTs I may not need it but will put it them on if I do have rub. thanks

I will be getting a 2011 Ram 1500 next, whether it be a year, two years... Is there anything that says I cant downgrade to my 15" on my Ram currently? Im running 33X12.5R15 and would like to put them possibly on my new truck, along with a leveling kit, wheel spacers, (1" spacers in front, 1.25" in rear), etc. Anything else need to be done? or do 33's look too small on the 2011 Ram? Let me know, please and thank you!

Jon

Question im trying to do the same thing

i have a 03 ram 4x4 i just ordered 17x9 blackrock rims w a 0mm offset and a 315 tire so a 34.5 in ive been told.. my question is will they fit w out a 2 or 2.5 in level kit in the front..

so say i have them put on with out the front end level kit ( i would pay to have kit installed pretty quickly just cant afford all at once.)
can i drive safely with out a rubbing issue and how crammed will i be

also is it nessary to do anything to the rear end..

another question is the guys from 4x4 parts told me something about the tortion bars and a forged torsion key. is it nessary to do any changes to the tortion bars if i do a 2.5 in level in front.. can i not just do a level kit and leave torsion bars the way they are.. help help

and if i decied to go w a smaller tire say a 33 what would the size be like 285 ??? 295?? how does this stuff work.. im currently on a 17x8 rim w a lt265.. what size is that..

So I have a 2" levelling kit and airbags in the back. Should I buy 34s (275 65 20) to be sure it fits and doesnt look stuffed, or look at a new rear coil and some spacers for 35s? or just get 35s and make adjustments if I need to?

personally i think real 35x12.5 look massive on a leveled ram. not bad just they are just really wide for my liking. not a fan of my tires sticking out to far from the fenders. just my .02

they will fit just fine front and back with your level. but depending on what tire size you go for some 1/4in spacers in front might help clear rubbing, assuming you go for 12.5in wide tires.

i really like the metric options that they make now. 295/65/20s are actually larger then 35in but are about 1in narrower and don't give that stuffed look people talk about.

i have seen a few with 285/65/20 and they look great. just a hair smaller than 35in. and over an in narrower too.
