good... my old one was shot i was barely able to keep it in the .7 range so i switched to a newer tps sensor i gotten when i bought a tb off a guy.. after testing both my old one was crap so i used the newer one and got a .8 reading and 3.4-3.5 wot. after doing all that i took it out for a run.. my gas pedal seemed alot more stiff or harder to press. and i when i opened it up seemed great.. my other worn out tps sensor run was 9 seconds 0-60 and would make me hit rev limiter.. and make my tires spin like crazy off the line.. after changing i gave it a half pedal launch spun a small amout then floor and i got a low 8 0-60.. so im confident i will get a low to mid 7 maybe even a low low 8 on full pedal.. only thing i saw is it didnt take off right away but at 2500 rpms took off like a bat out of hell and gave me one hell of a run.. to me cutting a full second or more off my 0-60 was worth buying the tester to test the tps

hey nice truck.. looks like a new model like 02-03 prob with the 5.9

my question to you is how did u get your k&n to fit with the tbs? mine will not fit as the k&n air hat takes up all the space.. so i had to remove the tbs spacer.. wish i could run both.. the low and mid of the tbs were great would love to get it back.

Thats my stock tube, I just put the k&n filter on and stuck the sticker on my tube. Im not sure witch picture your looking at but in this one you notice the wire loom is exposed above the tb? I removed the black long cover that was taking up a good inch I think dont recall. I then cut off about 1/2 inch of insulation to get more clearence, im not sure if your model has that cover but give it a shot. How much more space u need to squeeze it in there?

on this one you see the bare metal and a small hose coming outta the firewall that was covered aswell

Hey for everyone still reading this thread if u take that sensor off and run a lil elec tape around that tab you can get spot on 1 volt if u want or .9 closed if it reads over 1.00 volt its too much butits cool bcuz u dont have to try and drill out the metal guides that hold the screw, the thread says to twist it in one direction till it reads closer to one but its so tight if u get from .7 to .8 it moves back by the time u tighten it down so try the tape it makes it alot easier goin

the hanes book states a reading of .5-1.5 is normal.. at idle thats weird if everyone is saying to stay below 1.0
