Default Air not blowing out of passenger side very well...

Alright, aside from having a leaking evaporator (we think), now we are having blower issues. The air vents on the passenger side in the dash board don't blow as hard as the driver side vents. It *is* a significant difference, but it does still blow some. Any ideas what the problem is?

Yeah, the HVAC diverter assy door sometimes sticks. It's a known problem on these trucks.

If you have the time to drop it out from under your dash (that takes some doing) and have a service manual, you can fix it yourself.

It's quite the job, though.

OK. You think I should just have them take a look at it when they replace the evaporator? I mean would it be accessible when they do that?

OK. Here's something else I just discovered today. This morning when I left for work, my windows were all fogged up, so I turned on the heat and switched it to blow threw the windshield vents. Well it blew threw the windshield vents on the driver side, but on the passenger side I could hear it coming full blast through the feet vents. So does that still sound like what MADDOG said?
