Default Leaking Water from the Driverside Handle???

After it rained really bad.. Downpoured for about 3 hours with Flooding warnings...

I got in my truck started out and got dripped on my left leg...

There was water dripping from the 2 covers on the Driver Side Handle (Not Door Handle) The handle to help you get into the vehicle easier
Anyone ever incounter this??

If your door panels have ever been off for any reason, there's a chance the moisture barrier could be out of place. You could also hace a bad exterior seal.

I heard there was a problem with water leaking on some trucks. people said they had to take it in and the dealership has to pull the molding off and resilicone along the window post. there was also problems with the seal on the rear window leaking also.

I don't think it;s the window post seal. I think it's coming from the windshield and running down to the grab handle. I tried pulled the headliner back a little and it was damp.
I guess I need to pull the whole headliner out and then see where it's leaking. grrrrr
I don't have time but I guess I'll have to find isome
