Question whistle noise coming from under truck

I have a 2006 dodge ram mega cab 4x4 3500 I have a whistling noise coming from the under carriage I have replaced u joints tie rods front axle bushings replaced rotors brake pads greased everything I could think of that would cause this noise it does it around speeds of 30 to 60 then when I come to a complete stop it doesn’t do it .. any ideas guys . (Would axle bearings in the front axle cause the noise?) ( also would new wheels cause the noise i went front 17's to 22's im just wondering if the wheels might be whistling but i wouldnt think they would?) Its bugging me bad can’t figure it out for the life of me

Whistling noise is commonly associated with wind related issues. Either that or you have dwarves whistling while they work under your truck.

The rims are a possiblity of the whistling noise. Especially if you didn't have the problem until after you put the rims on. I know a friend of mine had a whisling noise that came from the hubcaps on his car. He just took them off and was fine since then. A good way to check would be to put the old rims back on (if you still have them) and see if you have the problem.

You could maybe take some painters tape & use it to cover your rims to see if the whistle goes away, if that doesn't work, put the tape over any pipe ends that may be catching air.
i have heard strange sounds coming from ski racks & trucks that have any kind of rack, maybe something on your under carriage could be doing the same thing. The tape is cheap enough & won't leave the glue on your truck like duct tape would do

That trick can also be used to eliminate or confirm wind noise caused by body gaps.

I had whistling noise coming from my '03 Ram 1500 Hemi when I drove at higher speeds and it was only due to the design of the side mirrors.
