Ok fellas, Sorry for the long paragraph.........
Got the radiator swapped out today. Took me about 45 minutes to do it,besides having to run back to the parts store for a new line and some more bolts. Upon first starting it, there was a boiling bubbling sound soming from the coolant reservoir. I had to take the upper hose off and funnel the coolant into it. I also had to funnel it into the top of the radiator.
What was different between the factory radiator and the autozone one was the fact that the new radiator did not have a cap on it. The line going from the coolant reservoir to the radiator was on the drivers side on the new radiator. It was on the passengers side on the factory one.
Another major difference was the fact that the transmission cooler was mounted differently on the aftermarket radiator. I had to go to the parts store and get some M8x1.25 bolts to hold the transmission cooler on. On the factory radiator, it only had a bolt on one side, while the other two tabs slid in. Those are the only differences that I can think of right now. Here are some pictures.
