Default remote window roll down!

Hello, FYI, while I was programming my garage door openers, I learned that the truck had a "remote window roll down" feature.
All you do is;

press the unlock button (on your keyfob), then within 30 seconds hold down the unlock button until your windows are lowered to the desired level!

Pretty cool for a factory option. Too bad they don't have a roll up feature.

I will have to try that! Our Jetta can do it by putting the key in the door lock and turning the key in opposite direction. We use it all the time in hot weather. In a few seconds most of the hot air escapes before you get in. It is black as well and really makes a difference. The a/c cools things way faster as well.

With the Ram I have been useing the remote start and a/c before getting in if it's hot. I hope mine works!

Default FYI... you can code your Jetta/VDub to do this with the fob as well.

If you have someone local with a VagTool or VagCom on their PC. Dealers will sometimes do this as well... its built in to the car.

Express down means pushing the window button past the first detent and it goes down automatically and this feature has to be on both front windows?

I think I know what you are saying but wanted to clarify.

Also, my salesmen touted this as a great feature and selling point. The wife was impressed. I was thinking "About damn time!"
