Default Finally got to perform some maintenance today

Spent the better part of the morning performing maintenance on on my 06 nightrunner. Replaced the oil and replaced all the spark plugs. Spark plugs were cake but still time consuming considering ive NEVER work on a DODGE before. Never gonna get used to having to change 16 plugs BLAH! Wanted to go with NGK plats but NO ONE had any so I had to settle for the Champion Plats.... Also went with Valvoline conventional oil for now.

Next on the agenda Replace custom CAI with vehicle designed CAI and Pick up a Diablo sport tuner and delete the Vehicle Displacement feature

Here is the product of just under 39k....

Good job. Sounds like you're getting it all taken care of and made to be your's. I remember changing the plugs on my 04 and it wasn't too fun just because it was hot out. There were 2 of us working on it (one on each side obviously) so it didn't take too long, but with the beer breaks it took longer than it could have.

I hear a small tap from under the motor I had heard prior to changing the plugs but maybe it always been there and ive just never notice until after doing the maintenance today. But spark seems fine as i dont hear any arcing. Also is 600rpms normal idle for these trucks?
