Angry dog of a v-10

i have a 2000 ,2500,dodge with the v-10. and 57821 miles on it low miles one of the reasons i picked it up. i have had it checked out by dealers, private mechanics looking for solutions to this lack of power with not much change. it has a K&N filter setup on it.a power aid throttle body spacer, a new turbo free flowing muffler and checked out the cat. it was OKed.the r.p.m. at MPH are about 2500 in drive, and OD is about 2300 this seems low to me. it also has taller tires 285/75r16 then stock 265/75r16 this doesn't seam to drastic to me.but i think it is screwing with the p.c.m.? i know the m.p.h. is off. the diff. has this tag info. 52069469aj-ls--------34506242-2 dose this mean it has 3.45 gears? is that the next step to find the towing power i think it should have??

spark plugs comes to mind, im not much for the gear ratios...im still learning them. also, if it came from farm community you may wanna drain the gas and give it a new fuel up...could be moisture in the gas

When was the last time it had a good ole fashion tune up . Look around in the glove box and see if you can find any more info on the rear gear . 3.45 doesn't sound right . Also don't forget to stop by the newbie section and introduce yourself .

i would start with a fresh tune up also and go from there i haven't herd of 3.45 gears in these trucks but maybe 3.55 but i would think it would be 3.92 or 4.10 my 3500 has 4.10
