ordered tube steps from them. lowest price and FREE shipping!! delivered on time. They were damaged in shipping, and called them up. 3 days later, had a new tube step at my door. Just received my superchips cortex. Ordered on a sunday, FREE next day shipping, had it on tuesday. Everything on time, and great CS.
Hope they make things right with you CPRAM.

Sorry for your misfortune. I have purchased several things from autoanything.com and I have never had any issues. All of my items have shipped on-time, and even had an out of stock item ship the next day.

received my parts finally took over 2 weeks . i figured out that they are a middle man they send order to the manufactorer then they deliver to you .not a very good set up for service in my opinion there are alot of other places on the web that stock items they advertise and ship the same day and also price match or beat the lowest price .that was my mistake i didnt read the faded print on my order when i placed it .glad not everyone has had this experience with them.

Accurately decribed as a "middleman". Probalby the reason they can discount is because they only have order processing expenses for overhead.

I too had to wait longer than a couple of days to receive my stuff and one of the orders was messed up and predictably, it took a couple of days longer to straighten it out, but they did.

If price is more important than service, they're hard to beat. If service is more important, consider other vendors.

I know everyone can have their own opinion, but that doesn't stop them from sounding like they are being a little silly. First he says that he is impatient. Knowing that, wouldn't anyone look around for someone that ships same day? Wouldn't you, if it was even important, call and verify? Unless it's the first time you have ever ordered anything from anywhere, then maybe you didn't know. Most motor enthusiasts know where to order what from, based on priority or price. It's like saying a dealership is awful because they didn't have a blue one and you really wanted one right now and they took to long to get it from another dealer. I'd also like to see where there is faded print on a website. I'd complete a transaction today just to see it. I understand having a bad experience, but it's showing your ass to get on here and scream from the rooftops because you didn't do your homework or call to see what was going on even after you realized you could have ordered from somewhere else. This is a total curveball, seeing that most complaints on here are from people that are getting completely ripped off, lied to, or literally robbed. I just don't understand it and really find it hard to believe that someone on here hasn't been in contact with or seen other posts that the autoanything guy has been a part of and tried to contact him with questions or for help.
