I've never seen it void a warranty before since it isn't interfering with the vehicle's functions.

The only possible way it could affect your warranty would be if you neglected to empty it and then you somehow managed to suck enough oil down at one time to hydro-lock the engine. One in a million chance. ZERO in a million chance of you empty it occasionally like you are supposed to.

The simple act of installing one won't void any warranty that I'm aware of. It doesn't have a negative impact on or disable the emissions system(s), nor does it 'alter' any of the OEM operating parameters of your vehicle.

Ok, stupid question, if this is needed, why didn't Dodge install one? And BMC Sam, where does it install and how difficult is it to do?

We can do price matching. If that's why you're not ordering from us I am the head of the shipping department and I can assure you that it will be shipped quickly if not the same day your order it! We have them for $109.88. Let me know if you have any questions.

Sam

Some dodge Dealers didn't even think you needed one and it's possible they didn't want to address the issue. It installs on the passenger side head there is a hole that it screws into. This is installed with a Z Bracket so it sits to the side. Let me know if you have any other questions.

Sam

Thanks Sam, I guess my only other question would be where do the hoses connect? I do most everything myself, just want to make sure it is something I can do without throwing tools through the garage walls in anger.
