Default 2010 Mufflex?

Ok so I have narrowed it down to the mufflex exhaust (still debating between the 14 and 18 inch)

My biggest question is about drone. I have watched all the youtube videos and they only help so much. I hear that leaving the front and rear resonators on solves the droning issue, is this true?

I also don't mind an exhaust note in the cab but I don't want to have to talk above the exhaust to the people in the truck or on the phone.

So which would yall recommend the 14 or 18 inch mufflex and any answers to the droning with the resonators is extremely appreciated.

If you're worried about drone, go with the 18" Mufflex

I have an 18" mufflex and love it. If you like it loud drive it in slap shift and for quiet times I drive it in automatic mode.mind you it will be louder than stock. If you like it louder and like to have the volume up go with a 14".

14 inch Mufflex Magnaflow here....Very little drone...I have the crew cab as well....I might be biased but I would say go for the 14 inch....When I was a teenager we were all driving 60's muscle cars ( I had a 1969 Mach One ) with Thrush mufflers....GO for the 14!!!

Check out my Vid.....The muffler was my very first mod...
