Default Question about RER radio

First let me confess, I'm old and I can't even program my VCR--so that's the foundation we're starting with. I've read the owners manual, watched the DVD and even tried to google, but I can't find the answer.
How do you set the fade and balance on the speakers? It also has a sub or something under the back seat- does that thing have any adjustment? Damn, my 8 track was a lot eaiser than this!
Thanks,
Jay

I'm sorry, there is only one button on the radio and it is on the left and it controls the volume and turning the radio on and off.

Off the top of my head... There is a menu button on the right side of the screen. Press that and I believe you will see a softkey on the screen for radio settings that allow you to make those adjustments. I'll double check tomorrow but I think that should get you where you want to go.

Press the Menu button on the right side of the radio right above the NAV button

There will be a "audio control" button on the lower left corner

IT will bring up either the fade/balance screen or the equalizer. IF it brings up the fade/balance, there will be an "equalizer" button on the bottom of the screen.

Equalizer:

Press the up and down arrows to the left of the frequency that you want to adjust. to reset it to factory touch the button inbetween the arrows

Fade/Balance screen:

Select the Done button

Hopefully that helps.

(It may be different from the above, these are pics of my mygig in my caliber)

Thank you for the detailed information and the photos. I'll give it a try this morning.
