Think this set up would work with 3.5 inch PVC and 3.5 inch rubber couplers?
I think I used 3" all around. The 3.5" might work if you can get the hose clamp to tighten down enough around the TB for a snug fit.

Correction, the rubber boot at 3.5" ID and the TB is 3.25" OD. The clamp easily squeezed down the TB diameter. The 3" PVC fit the 3.5" rubber coupler as well.

Gotcha.. I think that would work for what im setting up. The OD for the outlet from the filter box is ~3.5inches I think.

you get all your hardware from lowes?

All hardware from lowes except the grommet for the IAT. That came from autozone. I think it was actually a grommet for a GMC dipstick ... but it fit perfectly.

Wow that looks great! Will the pvc be affected by the heat,or give off any gases that may harm the engine?

Alot of people have been talking about this.....I wouldn't worry about it, I had an intake made of pvc on another vehicle for over 50k miles, never a problem, sold the truck recently to my boss and I put it all back to stock and it runs good still. It doesn't get hot enough to melt the pipe or release gasses. Anyone whose heated/bent pvc with a heat gun knows it takes a long period of time before it starts melting/emmitting gasses, and that's using a 1000 deg + heat gun. It would take several minutes with even that much heat. Under hood temps are only in the 1** deg range.
